The climate of Coffs Harbour (Australia)
Coffs Harbour is a real beach destination. The lovely weather doesn’t only guarantee a top-notch holiday. Plant life also flourishes because of the sunny weather. Further inland banana plantations can be found everywhere. Coffs Harbour has a botanical garden and a historical museum. Both of them are well worth visiting. For the more adventurous among us the river Nymboida offers the chance to go rafting. If you prefer to go under water the Solitary Island Marine Park offers a great diving spot off the coast of Coffs Harbour.
Coffs Harbour has a moderate sea climate. Summers are warm and moist and winters are mild and dry. Most of the rain falls during the warmer summer months. The coastal areas have less precipitation than the higher slopes.
