The climate of Fieberbrunn (Austria)
Fieberbrunn is located in the north eastern part of the Tyrol in the Pillersee valley. There are many possibilities for walking (400km), mountain biking (800km) and mountaineering (between the altitudes of 700-2500m). The panoramic views are astonishing. Fieberbrunn is very popular among families because the skiing tracks are very well arranged. 35 kilometers of skiing tracks can be found here. About 15 kilometers of which are artificially maintained which means you can always go skiing here. On the tracks a halfpipe and a luge track can be found as well. Because Fieberbrunn is located at a higher altitude winters may be cold. However, when the sun shines it will feel pleasantly warm. Summers are relatively warm and pleasant. Bear in mind that heavy showers are not uncommon. Please, bear in mind that the skiing tracks are at a higher altitude where it may be much colder.
