The climate of Brela (Croatia)
The village of Brela is located in Dalmatia on the Markaska Riviera and has a Mediterranean maritime climate. The ever blowing wind causes temperatures to be pleasant. Brela has become one of the most beloved tourist destinations because of its situation on the sea and the beautiful scenery surrounding the village. The authorities have made sure the authentic picturesque character of the village remains intact. The city of Kricak is situated in the vicinity in the mountains and is known for the local delicacies. Because of the pebble stone beaches the sea is always bright blue here. The beaches of Brela have been awarded a blue flag for years in a row. This flag is awarded for clean beaches and clean surroundings.
