The climate of Les Deux Alpes (France)
Les Deux Alpes is a popular wintersport resort in the French Alps and is regarded as the smaller brother of Alpe díHuez. This village is situated at an altitude of 1650 meters and is known because from here you can ski down from the glacier the whole year through (from an altitude of ample three-thousand meters). Also in the Tour the France Les Deux Alpes is a popular ride with most of the time a surprising outcome. In the winter months the snow-line is at approximately some 1500 meters. The winters can be very cold here but sometimes feel very agreeable because of the sun..
