The climate of Tours (France)
Tours is a splendid town on the Loire. Just like in many other regions in France we find a mild sea-climate here. The winters are mild, it does not get very cold there. In the summer the temperature rises up to 20 degrees and the entire summer can be called agreeable but never too warm. Tours is particularly known for its magnificent cathedral that has already been there since the 15th century. Because it took so long for the church to be built (the construction started in the 10th century) you find here all kinds of different architectural styles.
