The climate of Varca (India)
Varca is a seaside resort in the touristic federal state of Goa. The active holidaymaker can practise all kinds of watersports here, but if you are inclined to laziness then idling on the beach is also very recommendable. The beautiful wide beach is bordered with high palmtrees.
Varca has a tropical savannah climate. This climate has two distinct seasons. A rainy and a dry season. The rainy period is from June up to and including September. The wintermonths are practically entirely dry. The temperature in the tropical savannah climate is constantly over 18 degrees almost all the year through. The temperature on the coast of Varca is somewhat tempered by the cooling seebreeze.
