The climate of Muang Ngoi Neua (Laos)
Muang Ngoi Neua is a small town with a population of about 700. The city mainly attracts tourists who want to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the district. The valley with the mountains behind it are extraordinarily beautiful. Large forests with beautiful vegetation and unique animal species attract many tourists every year. Two unique caves can be found in the vicinity of the town: the Tham Kang cave and the Tam Pha Kaew cave. Muang Ngoi Neua has a warm China climate. This climate type is characterized by long, wet and hot summers which are ideal for the cultivation of rice. This unique climate type can only be found in areas at a high altitude at a low degree of latitude, winters are fairly cool here.
