The climate of Torreón (Mexico)
Torreón is a large industrial town in the state of Coahuila and is part of the La Laguna region. One of the biggest attractions is the 21 meter high statue Jesus de Cristo de las Noas. Several museums and cathedrals and several golf resorts can be found here as well. The difference in temperature between summer and winter is very big. During the summer temperatures are about 35 degrees Celsius on average, during the winter temperatures may drop below zero. Torreón doesn’t get much rain, during the summer showers may occur from time to time.
