The climate of Loveland (Colorado

Loveland is a medium sized city located in the northern part of
Colorado in the United States of America. Loveland is located in
Larimer County. Together with Fort Collins Loveland forms the Collins
Loveland Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city was founded at the
end of the 19th century when the Colorado Central Railroad was
constructed. The Colorado Christian University can be found in
Loveland as well as the Loveland Ski Area. Loveland has a cold steppe
climate with low precipitation figures. The winter sports region which
is located at a higher altitude has a moderate continental climate
with higher precipitation figures. Here precipitation mainly falls in
the form of snow or powdery snow. During the summer temperatures may
rise above 30 degrees Celsius (86.0 degrees Fahrenheit).
