The climate of Gweru (Zimbabwe)
Gweru is a large city located in the central part of Zimbabwe in the province of Midlands. The city was founded at the end of the 19th century and has turned into an important economic city in Zimbabwe. One of the most remarkable buildings in the city is the Boggie Bell Tower. In the vicinity of the city the Antelope Park can be found. Gweru has a moderate China climate mainly determined by the higher altitude at which the city is located. Daytime temperatures are between 20-30 degrees Celsius all year round, extremes in temperatures are uncommon. During the local winter subzero temperatures during the night may occur.
