The climate of Khutse Game Reserve (Botswana)
Khutse Game Reserve is located in central Botswana and is one of the
main attractions in Botswana. Among the animals that live here are:
springboks, chamois, giraffes, wildebeest, kudus, jackals, ibexes,
leopards, cheetahs and the brown hyena. The Bakgalagadi tribe and the
San tribe live in small villages in the reserve. Khutse Game Reserve
has a warm steppe climate with pleasant temperatures all year round.
Night time temperatures may be cold with temperatures just above
freezing point. Average precipitation figures are low, most of the
rain falls from October till April.
