The climate of Hamilton (Canada)
Hamilton is a city in Ontario. The city has several sights such as the botanical gardens and the warplane heritage museum. Hamilton has a wet continental climate characterized by changeable weather conditions. The climate is rather mild by Canadian standards. The southern part of the city has a DFA climate type; the northern part has a DFB type. During the winter a lot of snow falls and temperatures are around -28 degrees Celsius. Winter is from December till March. In April temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius are not uncommon. These temperatures may occur till the end of September. During spring and autumn daytime temperatures may be quite high. However, when the evening falls temperatures will drop rapidly. Summers are warm and dry.
