The climate of Sainte Maxime (France)
St. Maxime is a seaside resort situated opposite the jetset
destination Saint Tropez and is a very popular sun-destination for
family holidays. Due to the sheltered situation on the Gulf of St.
Tropez this place is not susceptible to the mistral that regularly
blows from the Rhône valley towards the coast. Just like the entire
Côte d ‘Azure also St. Maxime enjoys the delightful mediterranean
climate with sunny and warm summers and wetter but mild winters.
Precipitation mainly falls in the autumn and the winter, from the end
of March it quickly gets drier.
