The climate of Sinnamary (French Guiana)
Sinnamary lies in the north of French Guiana where the Sinnamarie river flows into the Atlantic. Sinnamary lies in the province of Cayenne. In the south of the village is generated a big lake, due to the large average amount of rain that falls here. Sinnamary is a small village that has its income mainly from the fishing-industry.
Sinnamary has a tropical rainforest climate which is characterized by the large amount of precipitation here. The sea-temperature here is equal practically throughout the year and can be called agreeable. The difference between day- and night-temperature is minimal here which practically means that the air humidity is rather high almost continually. Only when the seabreeze rises it is less sultry here.
