The climate of Ocho Rios (Jamaica)
The beautiful city of Ocho Rios is located on Jamaica’s east coast.
One of the most popular attractions in Ocho Rios are the Dunn’s River
Falls. Water drops into the sea from a height of 212 meters here. Ocho
Rios has a Tropical climate. During the summer heavy rain storms may
occur. Rain storms are usually short lived and are alternated with
sunshine. In the Blue Mountain area more rain may fall than in other
areas in the vicinity. If you are a reggae fan a visit to Nine Miles,
which is the birthplace of Bob Marley can be recommended.
