The climate of Pasni (Pakistan)
Pasni is located on the south coast of Pakistan on the Arabian Sea. Pasni is located in the province of Balochistan in the Gwadar district. Pasni is the administrative capital of this district. Astola Island is situated off the coast of Pasni. Administratively the island is part of the Pasni sub-district. Eco tourism can be enjoyed in its purest form on this island because there are no facilities whatsoever. Pasni itself is a small city with a fairly large fishing port which is also the main source of income for the city. Despite its situation on the Arabian Sea Pasni has a warm desert climate characterized by the large differences in temperatures between day and night and between summer and winter. However, these differences are smaller than in other places with this climate type because of the influence of the sea. Pasni has low precipitation figures all year round. Daytime temperatures are around 30 degrees Celsius all year round. During the summer night time temperatures are around 25 degrees Celsius; during the winter about 15 degrees Celsius.

More climate information
Climate figures are very useful but don’t present a general impression of the climate and the eventual weather circumstances within a certain period. The figures don’t always reflect the chance of wintry weather, extreme heat or hurricanes. That is why we offer useful extra climate information for each month of the year:
