The climate of Corralejo (Canary Islands / Spain)
Corralejo is the most important seaside resort on Fuerteventura. Once this was a small fishing village, nowadays it is a lively seaside resort attracting all sorts of tourists. During the summer there is a great variety in tourists. During the summer the nightlife here is very lively and the Baku water park is open to the public. Several small beaches can be found in Corralejo. Most beach lovers go to the long and wide beaches of Grandes Playas which can be found southeast of Corralejo. Corralejo has a pleasantly dry climate that hardly ever gets too hot or too cold. During the coldest days of the year temperatures still reach 15 degrees Celsius (59.0 degrees Fahrenheit). The wind almost always comes from the north or the northeast. These trade winds are ideal for wind surfers, kite surfers and other water sports enthusiasts.
