The climate of Morro Jable (Canary Islands / Spain)
Morro Jable is the most authentic coastal place on the south side of the Jandia peninsula on Fuerteventura. The large hotels can mainly be found in Jandia which is a seaside resort east of Morro Jable. Morro Jable can be reached from Jandia via the boulevard. If you like fresh fish you can dine on one of the terraces directly along the sea. Because these terraces are protected from the wind you can dine till late in the evening. Morro Jable gets an extremely high amount of hours of sunshine. This is also why this is such a popular destination. During the winter it may be cool during the evening. If you travel here during this period we advise you to pack a sweater, or cardigan and long trousers. During the summer it is warm here without ever getting too hot. From May till October precipitation figures are almost nil.
