Dover is the capital of the state of Delaware. Dover is located in the
central part of the state and has a warm maritime climate (type Cfa
according to the Köppen-Geiger climate classification). Dover has four
distinct seasons: fairly mild winters, spring lasts for three months,
warm summers of almost four months and a fairly dry fall. During the
winter average minimum temperatures are just below freezing point.
From December till March average daytime temperatures are between 6-8
degrees Celsius (42.8-46.4 degrees Fahrenheit). On average Dover gets
