The climate of Kansas City (Kansas - United States of America)
Kansas City is located in the eastern part of Kansas across from the city of Kansas City in Missouri. Kansas City is located on the banks of the Missouri River. You can visit a floating casino on the Missouri River. The Kansas City Chiefs play their home matches in the NFL in this city. The Kansas City Royals play in the Major League Baseball. The city has a population figure of about 150,000. The urban area is home to about 2 million people, 250,000 of whom are Irish. This is also why you can find the Irish Museum and Cultural Center here. On St. Patrick’s Day the streets are green. Kansas City has a warm continental climate with characteristics of a warm maritime climate. Because of this winters are not as cold as in the more northerly located cities. Summers are warm, high temperatures are not uncommon then. During the summer most precipitation can be recorded.
