The climate of Warwick (Rhode Island

Warwick is located in the eastern part of the state of Rhode Island on
the Greenwich Bay. Warwick is located in the Providence metropolitan
area. Warwick is located on four bays: Greenwich Bay, Apponaug Bay,
Brush Neck Bay and Buttonswoods Bay. The most important airport in
Rhode Island can be found here: T.F. Green Airport. Several golf clubs
can be found east from the city. Despite its location on Greenwich Bay
which flows into the Atlantic Ocean.
Warwick has a warm continental climate with four distinct seasons.
Precipitation is quite evenly spread out over the year. During the
winter precipitation may fall in the form of snow. Summers are hot and
wet. However, because of an ever blowing sea wind summers remain
pleasant in Warwick.
